[How to] How to add more cities to the database of weather forecasts in a few easy steps HTC Sense
One of the points in favor of the Weather Sense of Windows Mobile than the Sense is the ease of adding the cities that are not preset. We want to go sunbathing in Lignano Sabbiadoro and find out the weather forecast? Now you can, thanks to IceMatrix, that created this process!
The procedure is very simple:
- Make a file download WP0410ITA.zip
- Exploding the file to a folder on your PC
- Install a free program from the Market type Super Manager (shown) or the most well-known Root Explorer (2.72 euros)
- Enable root permissions in both cases in order to change the system files
- Replace the file in the directory / data / data / com.htc.provider.weather / files / (the phone's internal memory)
- Update the Sense of the Weather
- If that does not immediately restart the phone
