We have not even started using Firefox 4 properly and the Mozilla have started preparing the next in the series Firefox 5. It is interesting because we have not been able to get the gist of Firefox 4 and the company is planning of launching the next version around 21st June.

1.) Better Updating For Add-On : Add-ons have become the heart and soul of Firefox because the vast variety of add-ons allow user to do what they want to and all this is done so perfectly that it leaves a smile on user’s face. The new browser intends to have efficient updating method, because not all versions are compatible with the browser.
3.) Pinning of Favorites Sites : Pin your favorites websites to taskbar or desktop, which is restricted to tabs only in the Firefox 4. This new feature was seen firstly in the IE9 but Firefox have gone a step ahead and claimed that Firefox 5 will make list of links to be included and will be displayed as a dropdown on the pinned area.
4.) No More Home Button : It rumored that Firefox will have a whole tab designated to the Homepage instead of just a button. There is no reason I can think of that would justify this new integration but let us hope that the developer team will have a good explanation.
5.) Color-Coded Search Bars : Color coding of search engines, this is not something that will make you stop in the tracks but being a small tweak it will definitely make your searches easy and distinct. You would be able to choose the search engine of your own with great ease.
6.) More Excellent Social Sharing : The sharing has become an addiction so for simplify:ing this addiction Firefox will have a newspaper plane in the address bar and will give easy access to sharing with Digg, Twitter, Facebook etc.
7.) PDF and Music Compatibility : This new version is expected to have compatibility with not only PDF docs but other formats also and this time it seems that it is going to come with a musical version which can play sound file with more extensions than playing just the MP3.
8.) Multiple Logins : Till now this feature was achieved by using either an add-on or using 2 browsers or the account provider (Gmail), but now Firefox 5 will have an inbuilt feature which will allow us to login to multiple accounts on the same site.
9.) Uploading Tracker : As we have a proper bar window for keeping a track of what we download then why not we have something to keep track of what we upload, this time Firefox have included this feature which will allow us to keep track of the files we have uploaded as a popped up status bar.
10) Feature that Might Be Included : Even though Firefox has become the favorite browser of users but still it’s not perfect because it’s not available for all. There has been a partiality when it comes to the devices for which Firefox is made and it leaves out the most popular ones tablets, windows phones and the iPhone. We want more devices to be integrated with this browser and it is rumored that this will be done soon.
