EmailTray is a simple email client provides its users a roadway to use desktop email client and notifier.  EmailTray is a freeware tool for Windows, supports POP and IMAP protocols. Although features of EmailTray are not comparable with that of Outlook 2010 or Thunderbird but still because of its simple use and easy handling, it leaves an impact on its users.

The freeware intelligently determines the importance of an email and gives it a priority depending on the user email habits and links with sender.

User can simply add multiple accounts based on Webmail, POP3 and IMAP. The application will analyze read/respond/delete/forward actions and user’s interconnections with email senders, to give priority to incoming emails by importance.

EmailTray will scan the spam boxes of all the added accounts to the service to repair and restore the important emails that were mistakenly trapped by spam filters. This freeware has a feature that its users can get alerts for important emails with a pop-up ticker and sound even if it’s Webmail or email client is not signed in.

On the whole EmailTray is an evolutionary desktop tool to have for emails.
